The aim of the journal "Scientific Notes of Taurida National V. I. Vernadsky University. Series: Juridical Sciences" is to develop and promote legal science, publish the results of relevant fundamental and applied research, contribute to the formation of modern legal doctrine, and facilitate the integration of Ukrainian legal scholarship into the international academic community.

The main objectives of the journal are:
• to publish the results of research on current issues in the theory and practice of law;
• to promote the development of legal science and the improvement of national legislation of Ukraine;
• to provide a scholarly platform for professional discussion among researchers, academics, practitioners, and higher education students;
• to disseminate innovative legal ideas and modern approaches in law-making and law enforcement;
• to ensure high standards of academic quality through an independent peer-review process;
• to uphold the principles of academic integrity;
• to support early-career researchers and contribute to their academic development;
• to foster international academic cooperation and attract foreign authors;
• to promote the scientific achievements of the university community and strengthen the reputation of the journal.

The journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine in accordance with Order No. 928 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 11, 2026 (Appendix 14). The journal has been assigned Category “B” for three years, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
